WHAT IT IS AND HOW TO BREAK IN With MO-CAP agent, Jeff Jones $125
Motion Capture or “Mo-CaP” is the latest skill and technology to hit the voice over world and voice actors that can do it, are getting LOTS of work! As a voice actor, it’s a skill that will give you that extra edge in animation and video games. In filmaking and video game development, Mo Cap refers to recording actions of human actors, and using that information to animate digital character models in 2D or 3D computer animation. Many L.A. voice over agencies now have Mo Cap departments and agents are looking for voice talent that can not only lend their voice to a production, but provide the physical characteristics of a characer. Voice-over and Mo Cap agent, Jeff Jones from VOX USA, will teach participants the requirements necessary to make it in the MO CAP world, as well as, how to break in and who the players are. This a great opportunity to get the indside info and get started in MO-CAP!
